west bridgford infant school was the best (:

I've really enjoyed being at this school. I loved the long play times & going to Coffee & Cakes, the school disco, school trips, school fayres & the concerts! I'm going to miss all of the teachers- especially Mrs Lewis! I really enjoyed being in class 2 with Miss Pickering because we had a lot of choosing time. I loved class 8 with Miss Farries because she taught interesting lessons. I enjoyed being in class 1 with Mrs Cutts, Mrs Murray & Mrs Barker because we had 'Golden time' although we did lots of really hard work! I really really like Miss Edwards because she is friendly & always there to help. I will miss this school, but I'm looking forward to going to the Juniors!

I was at this school back in the 60's during the time of Miss Shatford and it was the most incredible place to be educated. I am absolutely certain it's the reason I became an early childhood teacher (I'm now in Australia)!!!

Like i said i'm now coming in to my 3rd year at the juniors,year 5! But this school is the school that taught me everything and the one i miss the most,i reccomened ( sorry wrong spelling) this school to everyone, may'be one day you'll be famous! Miss all of you there, little bro says a lot of things have changed! As a challenge see if Mrs Cutts remembers me and my friends,caitlin,daisy and maya!
I'll keep on posting notes till i'm tired,which is never!

Fantastic site! Lovely to see the changes since I left West Bridgford - and to see many familiar names still there!

Hi from the Cockaynes - Jonathan is now 20 and studying maths at Imperial in London - he was in Ms Galloways class. Daniel was in Mrs Calverts class and is off to Manchester to study geography in September.
